This program is delivered in a group setting. Groups are created based on goal races. Further customization can be facilitated via phone or email during business hours. Athletes receive: 

• Weekly CSR training updates
• Body composition testing
• Swim lessons (Mondays and Wednesdays)
• Open water swims (June-August Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
• Running interval sessions
• Cycling sessions (indoor and outdoor)
• Mini brick sessions
• Snowshoeing or hiking
• CSR merchandise discounts
• Monthly one-on-one sessions
• Four testing sessions per year
  

(No GST if you provide 6 months of payment as a single payment or monthly checks)

All payments are by Post Dated Checks or charge on Visa or Mastercard.
All Visa or Mastercard transactions are subject to a 5% surcharge.
1 Month notice must be given for Program Cancellation

You must sign three forms: Consent, PAR-Q, and Application.

You must also provide a Visa or Mastercard number even if paying by check.
