Bronze Program

This program is delivered in a group setting. Groups are created based on goal races. Further customization can be facilitated via phone or email during business hours. Program includes:
  • Weekly CSR training updates
  • Body composition testing
  • Coached Swim Sessons (Mondays and Wednesdays)
  • Open water swims (June-August Fridays)
  • Running interval sessions
  • Cycling sessions (indoor and outdoor)
  • Mini brick sessions
  • Snowshoeing or hiking
  • CSR merchandise discounts
$200.00 per month plus GST
Prices include facility fees.


(No GST if you provide 6 months of payment as a single payment or monthly checks)

All payments are by Post Dated Checks or charge on Visa or Mastercard.
All Visa or Mastercard transactions are subject to a 5% surcharge.
1 Month notice must be given for Program Cancellation

You must sign three forms: Consent, PAR-Q, and Application.

You must also provide a Visa or Mastercard number even if paying by check.
