Daytime Triathlon Program

NEW for 2018/2019: Daytime Triathlon Program

LIMITED TO 10 ATHLETES ONLY!  Starts in October but if space is available, anytime.  6 Month Committment is Required.

For all those Moms/Dads, Entrepreneurs and Shift Workers, CSR offers a M-F daytime training option that offers 3 Coached Computrainer Sessions, 2 Coached Swim Session, 2 Coached Track Session with Resistance Training. With a 6 month committment Bike Storage is available.  With this program you can drop in to any BRICK session for half price! (BRICK sessions every second weekend).  

Training Schedule:

Monday: 9:30 - 11:00am Group Computrainer Session at CoachCal's Studio / Group Swim 11:30-12:30pm MRU
Tuesday: Group OutDoor Session (Run, Ski, SnowShoe, FAT Bike)
Wednesday: 9:30 - 11:00am Computrainer Session / Group Swim 11:30-12:30pm MRU
Thursday: 10:30 - 11:30am Group Track Session with Resistance Training at MRU
Friday: 9:30am - 12:30pm Computrainer Session (Longer Session for Endurance)

Every Second Sunday are the BRICK training Sessions (20.00 Drop-In Rate instead of 40.00).

Cost: 350.00 per month (BEST VALUE IN CALGARY!)
